Cold Server Restore - This solution is recommended if the customers recovery window is greater than 24 hours.  The requirements for this solutions is to cycle our customer's backup tapes offsite to our location.  In the event that a disaster occurs this data will be restored to a server located at our recovery site. 

Warm Server Restore - In order to decrease the recovery window below 24 hours, there is an option to utilize a warm server restore.  This would entail the customer having a dedicated server at our recovery site preloaded with their operating system and applications.  When called into service, these servers need only to have their data refreshed.  This would decrease the time of recovery and is a lower cost alternative to replication.
